Paul is a Senior Policy Analyst at Meridian Research Group, covering energy, environmental, and infrastructure policy.

Prior to joining Meridian, Paul worked as a lobbyist at Plurus Strategies, where he focused on energy, environment, tax, and trade issues. While there, he represented manufacturers, utilities, and industry organizations before Congress, the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, and other federal agencies. He previously worked at Akin Gump in the firm’s international trade practice.

Paul holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from Gettysburg College.
